Normal seller costs associated with a real estate transaction include:
- Deed Preparation: $125-$150
- Power of Attorney: $50-$75
- Mortgage Discharge Tracking Fee: $50-$75
- L Chip Fee (per recordable document): $25
- Recording Fees (per page of recordable documents): $16-40
- Transfer Tax Stamps:
NH $7.50 per thousand of the sales price
ME $2.20 per thousand of the sales price - REALTOR: Commission
