I have had the opportunity to help nearly two dozen families from the U.K. over the past four years, with five of those buying second properties. I have also sold property to four customers from Bermuda, and to folks from Ireland, Scotland, Switzerland and Trinidad. All have been on holiday here at least once and have come to respect the beauty of our four-season resort community and the friendly people who have chosen to live here.
