Buying real estate in the U.S. is easy with Badger Realty

I have had the opportunity to help 16 families from the U.K. over the past three years, with five of those buying second properties. Over the past few years I have also sold property to four Bermuda customers, and to folks from Ireland, Scotland and Trinidad. All have been on holiday here at least once and have come to respect the beauty of our four-season resort community and the friendly people who have chosen to live here. They have purchased property to use some, let out more, and gain the huge equity position the exchange rate allows (Brits).

We offer a wide range of types of properties in a wide price range to accommodate all buyers. We offer a more logical approach to real estate transactions, with many checks and balances to assure no "gazumptons". Solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers are much less adversarial for easier transfers.

Condominiums have been the choice of 80% of the buyers in the Bartlett and Conway areas. Given the logistics for ease of maintenance, offerings usually being funished, and the onsite amenity packages make for easier letting out during our four seasons.

Working with a Realtor

Buying property in the U.S. is different from buying in the U.K. and other European countries.

Need financing for your purchase? We work closely with the local office of Simons & Leoni Home Loans. A Florida-based firm, they have special financing packages for foreign national buyers that offer up to 75% of the purchase price, with or without income verification. Their streamlined underwriting process focuses on finding the right package for the borrower with the level of documentation that the buyer is comfortable with.
