Dedicated Closing Coordinator: Wendy Holmes is our full time Closing Coordinator. She is the person who coordinates all of the paperwork needed in order to facilitate a smooth closing transaction. This includes association documents, mortgage payoff information, utility information and all of the little things that tend to fall through the cracks. Wendy doesn’t allow cracks!

In House Marketing Personnel: Debbie Anderson, of Anderson Graphic Studio, produces all of our print and web media. She also coordinates all of Badger Realty’s advertising and creates all of our design work. We are fortunate to have Debbie in the North Conway Office, where she is readily available for consultations.
